So true. I hate when people are mean, especially with people at work. When they start to argue and scream about little things like the delay on services, makes me wanna... argh!

People are just doing their job, they don't deserve to be cursed just because something went wrong. Imagine their stress.

Be nice and treat people the way you want to be treated!
